02. Pre-Listing walkthrough

We'll discuss your goals for selling, review a competitve market analysis, and talk through approaches for optimizing demand.

03. List + ADVERTISE

Once your home is in top-selling condition, we'll bring it to market at an appropriate, data-driven price and creatively showcase your property to local and national audiences.

04. NEGOTIATE OFFERS + GO UNDER CONTRACT

When offers are made on your home, we'll facilitate the negotiations and ensure all of your objectives are fully met. We'll make sure all contracts are sent, signed, and distributed to both parties, and that everything is in order for a smooth closing.

05. That "Just Sold" feeling

After inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs are completed, it's closing day! You'll sign on the dotted lines and toast to your next chapter!
